The soft mouthpiece is designed based on the principles of human oral engineering, making you feel more comfortable during the teeth whitening process. When you bite the mouthpiece, it will fit nicely and completely cover your teeth. 

1. Compare your teeth to the shade guide paper to record which stage you are in.
2. Twist whitening pen until the gel flows to the brush. Apply the gel evenly on both the upper and lower teeth. Do not brush with too much gel, this will not give you a faster or better result. Use about 0.5 ml - 0.7ml each use.
3. Place the mouthpiece into mouth and turn it on for 15 minutes.
